This program utilizes an API called Vontage to send text messages to my phone through java code. This program gets the current date and time and creates a unique and specific workout routine for each day for the user to follow. I included three methods to make each workout unique and different from the previous day. The add, remove, and shuffle methods allow the user to modify the routine each day and shuffles it around so it's not repetitive as well and sends a text message with the routine depending on what the user types in.

I believe my program should be featured because it's beneficial to the user and promotes physical health and can be used by anyone
