The application takes the user's resting heart rate from their apple health kit data and then scans their current heart rate in real-time. The app then emits vibrational frequencies through the watch's haptic engine at a frequency of 7/10 of the current heart rate based on the resting heart rate. The resting heart rate can be manually adjusted through the user interface on the application as well. The pulses from the application will continue until the user hits stop or until the user's current heart rate matches their resting heart rate. The heart rate data is then sent to the phone companion application for further viewing.
