Overview

1. Our program will get you physically stronger by exercising your legs so you can become more explosive and more athletic. Then, we will work on your upper body area like your shoulders, back, triceps, biceps etc.It will help you become an all around better athlete. If you play basketball our program will help you become a better ball handler, become a better shooter and scorer. Our app will encourage and motivate people to train themselves and implement a healthy lifestyle.

2. In Connecticut when the pandemic first started all the gyms were closed. During the pandemic gyms reopened but you still had to workout with your mask on which made your workout more difficult. Trainers were raising their training fees due to losing a lot of their trainees due to the pandemic.

3. Our team was inspired to address this issue because at the beginning of the pandemic all the gyms were closed, recreation centers, and indoor multi-sports facilities centers were closed. Many athletes, especially amatuer athletes were not able to work on their athletic abilities to become stronger, faster, and to be able to perform at a higher level in their sport. So we decided to make our own training program app so it could be more available to everyone anywhere and any time. One of our team members can relate to this because he is an athlete himself and can relate to these complications.
